Eastward Ho!

Jobs originally brought these clients to Portland many years ago, and they have been very happy in their home for a long time. But, then the prospect of a new job in a new city came a-knocking, and they couldn’t turn down the opportunity. The decision to sell this cute English bungalow on a sweet, shady street wasn’t the easiest to make, but they chose to move forward with selling. I helped these clients buy this house back in 2014 and it was wonderful to see that they had loved their time there. When it came time to list, I jumped at the opportunity to be a part of the process. We put the house on the market and had an offer very quickly. While my team and I did everything to get the house on the market and in contract, my clients were free to start their adventure East - via roadtrip, with dog and cat in tow. Best of luck in Boston!

"Nestled on a quiet, tree lined street, this sweet 1928 Bungalow offers all the best of the Overlook neighborhood. Oversized windows provide abundant natural light throughout. Hardwood floors, built-ins, and a wood-burning fireplace provide lovely original touches, while the finished basement, updated kitchen, and master suite allow for modern convenience."
