Sell, Buy, Sell, Buy, Sell...

There really is no greater compliment to a real estate agent than repeat business. And, some clients are more prone to moving house than others. Families grow, jobs change, tolerance for quirks diminish, life gets in the way. For whatever reason, it has been a pleasure to work with these clients to buy and sell their homes multiple times over the years. Located in a historical neighborhood and designed by a recognized architect, this particular house was really something special. It was a treat to get tagged in (once again) to go on the market with this classic beauty. Homes in the $1 million and higher price point don’t always move quickly, so when a set of buyers came to an open house and had to have it, we got right to work. We were in contract just a week and a half after the listing went live. We negotiated hard on this one, and in the end buyers and sellers moved forward to a successful close. Best of luck to my client’s next set of adventures.

"Perched up above one of the loveliest Irvington tree lined streets, this beautifully appointed Arts + Crafts bungalow, is situated on a rare double corner lot. Designed by architect Franz Xavier Deggendorfer, this house proves to be something very special, from the amazing built-ins and box beams to the enormous master suite complete with private sunroom and walk-in closet."
